Open Enrollment is October 16 - November 2, 2026
Towne offers you and your eligible family members a comprehensive and valuable benefits program. These resources have been developed to assist you in learning about your benefit options and how to enroll. We encourage you to take the time to educate yourself about your options and choose the best coverage for you and your family.
The 2027 Towne Benefits Open Enrollment period runs from October 16 – November 2, 2026.
Benefits elected during the open enrollment period will become active on January 1, 2027.

Salaried Resources
The 2026 salaried benefit open enrollment period is considered a "passive" enrollment. If you do not wish to make any changes to your existing elective coverages, no action is required in Workday to continue your existing coverages for the 2027 plan year.
The exception is for FSA elections. Per IRS guidelines, FSA elections must be re-elected each annual open enrollment cycle. If you do not access Workday and re-elect your FSA deductions, they will stop at the end of 2026.
Salaried Associate Guide
The salaried associate guide applies to all field and FSC salaried associates. Additionally, for benefit election purposes only, this guide also applies to all FSC hourly associates and all primary shuttle driver associates.
