At Towne Park, we recognize that our Associates may need time away from work for a variety of personal, medical, or family reasons. We offer several types of leave to support you during these times. Below is a general overview of the primary leave options available:

-
Their own serious health condition

To qualify, employees must have worked for the company for at least 12 months and have logged at least 1,250 hours in that twelve (12) month period.

Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD)
Short-Term Disability provides partial income replacement if you're temporarily unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury. Typically, benefits begin after a short waiting period (e.g., 7 days) and can last up to 12 weeks, depending on the plan.

Long-Term Disability offers income protection if you're unable to return to work for an extended period due to a serious medical condition. LTD benefits typically begin after STD benefits are exhausted and may continue for a longer duration, depending on the policy.
