Milestone Awards celebrate important professional and life events like a Towne Park work anniversary, a birthday, a wedding or the birth or adoption of a child. Referral Bonus Awards are how we financially reward team members who refer a friend, former coworker or family member to eligible positions at Towne Park.​​
